4 VJMREAS, Cecil R. Walker and Marilyn L. Walker, husband
5i and wife, have executed and delivered to the City of Newport
I
6 Beach a Grant of Easement which grants to the City an easement
7 for street and highway purposes over all that certain land sit -
8 uated in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of
9 California, described as follows:
10 That portion of Lot 298, Newport Heights Tract, as per map
recorded in Book.4, Page 83 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
1111, of Orange County, California, described as follows:
121 That certain spandrel area bounded on the Sough-
east by the Southeasterly line of said Lot 298,
13 on the Southwest by the Southwesterly line o£ saiiE
;ot 298 and on the North by a 15.00 foot radius
14 curve concave Northerly and tangent to said South-
15 easterly line and said Southwesterly line,
and

17 °MHEREAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept
said Grant of Easement;

NOW, TI3?.EFORE, BE IT RESCLVED that said Grant of Ease -

ment is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized and dir-
21 acted to execute and attach thereto a cerpificate of acceptance
22 and consent to its recording and to record said document in the
23 County Recorder's office.
