21 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
3 AGREEMENT WITH WILLIAM J. CAGNEY AND JAMES
CAGNEY, TRUSTEE,.SUBDIVIDERS, FOR THE.CONSTRUC-
4I TION OF IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED AS A CONDITION
OF APPROVING RESUBDIVISION NO. 237

fill < , there has been presented to the City Council of
7 the City of Newport Beach an agreement in which William J. Cagney
8 and James Cagney, Trustee, subdividers under Resubdivision No. 237,
9 agree to construct street and other public improvements required
101 as a condition of approving said resubdivision; and
ll "' S, subdivider has furnished security to assure the
12 faithful performance under said agreement in accordance with the
13� Newport Beach Municipal Code; and
14 WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said agreement and
15 found the same to be fair and equitable and in accordance with the
16 provisions of the Code;
17 NOCJ, THMEF0 EEO BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
181 Clerk be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute the
19 same on behalf of the City of Newport Beach at such time as said
201 security is approved by the City Manager as to sufficiency and the
21j City Attorney as to form.
