A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A RELINQUISHMENT
OF ACCESS RIGHTS
WHEREAS, William J. Cagney, a single man, as to an un-
divided 1/2 interest, and James Cagney, as trustee, as to the
remainder, the owners of the real property in the City of Newport
Beach, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Lot A, as shown on a map recorded in Book 9, page
19, of Parcel R3aps in the office of the County
Recorder of said Orange County,
have executed and delivered to the City of Newport Beach a Relin-
quishment of Access Rights by which they release and relinquish to
the City any and all abutters right of direct vehicular access,
appurtenant to the above described property except for the south-
westerly 15 feet of said Lot A, in and to the adjoining Superior
Avenue as shown on said map; and
WHEREASO it appears to be in the best interests of the
City of Newport Beach to accept said instrument;
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Relinquishment
of Access Rights is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is autho-
rized and directed to execute and attach thereto a certificate of
acceptance and consent to its recording and to record said instru-
ment in the County Recorder's office.
ADOPTED this 27th day of December, 1967,

do hereby certify that according to the records of the City of Newport Beach
filed and maintained in my office, the foregoing Resolution No. 6685 was
duly and regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council
held at the regular meeting place thereof, on the 27th day of December , 1967,
by the following vote, to wit:

Rogers, Cook, Shelton
