5! MMEAS, The Irvine Company, a West Virginia corpor-
6 ation, the owner of the real property in the City of Newport
ryl Beach, County of Orange, State of California,'described as:
8� Lot 4 as shown on the parcel map filed in
Book 11, Page 8 of parcel maps, records of
9I Orange County, on November 24, 1967,
101 has executed and delivered to the City of Newport Beach a
11 Relinquishment of Access Rights by which it releases and

121 relinquishes to the City any and all abutter's right of
13 direct vehicular access, appurtenant to the above described
14 property, except for the most northeasterly 16 feet of said
15 Lot 4, in and to the adjoining Eastbluff Drive as shown on
16 said map; and
17 tiREAS, it appears to be in the best interests of
18 the City of Newport Beach to accept said instrument;
19 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Relinquish
20 ment of Access Rights is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is
21 authorized and directed to execute and attach thereto a cer-
22 tificate of acceptance and consent to its recording and to
23 record said instrument in the County Recorder's office.
