A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A GRANT-DEED FROM
RICHARD A. SEWELL AND SANDRA L. SEWELL. .
WHEREAS, there has been delivered to the City of
Newport Beach a certain grant deed dated December 5, 1968, wherein
Richard A. Sewell and Sandra L. Sewell, husband and wife, grant
to the City the following described real property:
and
Lots 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13 in Block 231 of
Lake Tract as shown on a Map recorded in
Book 4, page 13 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California;
WHEREAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept
said grant deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said grant deed is
hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized and directed to
execute and attach thereto & certificate of acceptance and consent
to its recording and to record said document in the County
Recorder's office.
ADOPTED this 27th day of January , 1969.
