A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED FROM
PHYLLIS V. FLINT
WHEREAS, there has been delivered to the City of
Newport Beach a certain grant deed dated January 23, 19709
wherein PHYLLIS V. FLINT, a married woman, grants to the City
the following described real property:
and
Lots 3 and 4 in Block 131 of Lake Tract,
Newport Beach, in the City of Newport Beach,
County of Orange, State of California, as
per map recorded in Book 4 Page 13 of
Miscellaneous Maps, Records of said County.
EXCEPT the southwesterly 5 feet of said Lot 3,
said 5 feet being measured along the north-
westerly line thereof;
WHEREAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept
said grant deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said grant deed
is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized and
directed to execute and attach thereto a certificate of
acceptance and consent to its recording and to record said
document in the County Recorder's office.
ADOPTED this 9th day of February , 1970.
