A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
A PARKING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF NEWPORT
BEACH AND GEORGE L. RAGER, IN CONNECTION WITH
THE BEACH BALL BAR AND RESTAURANT, USE PERMIT 1460
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach a certain agreement between the
City of Newport Beach and George L. Rager, to provide parking
spaces required under the conditions of Use. Permit 1460, in
connection with the Beach Ball bar and restaurant; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the terms
and conditions of said parking agreement and found them to be
fair and equitable;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said parking
agreement above described is approved, and the Mayor and City
Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute the same
on behalf of the City of Newport Beach.
ADOPTED this 25th day of January , 1971.
