A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
• OF NEWPORT BEACH AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 7376
TO REVISE PARKING FEE FOR 26TH STREET PARKING
LOT
WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach maintains and
operates the following parking lots;
and
1. The lot at the Corona del Mar State and City Beach
Park;
2. The lot on the Balboa Peninsula, southerly of Ocean
Front at Palm and Washington Streets, commonly
_ referred to as the Balboa Parking Lot; and
3. The lot on 26th Street between Newport and Balboa
Boulevards, commonly referred to as the 26th Street
Parking Lot;
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 7376, adopted February 22,
1971, the City Council established regulations and parking fees for
the use of said parking lots, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it would
be desirable to revise the parking fees, on a seasonal basis, for

the use of the 26th Street Parking Lot;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Paragraph 2(d) of
Resolution No. 7376 is hereby amended as follows:
"d. 26th Street Parking Lot:
(1) During the period October 15 to the last day
in February of each year: $.50 per day on
weekdays, and $1.00 per day on Saturdays,
Sundays and holidays;
(2) During the period March 1 to October 14 of
each year: $1.00 per day."
ADOPTED this 28th day of June, 1971.
