A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH ADVISING THE ARTERIAL HIGHWAY .
FINANCING PROGRAM ADVISORY COMMITTEE THAT NO
• CHANGES HAVE BEEN ADOPTED IN THE MASTER STREET
AND HIGHWAY PLAN OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
SINCE THE PREVIOUS ANNUAL REQUALIFICATION
WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach is a participant in
the Orange County Arterial Highway Financing Program; and
WHEREAS, the County of Orange Arterial Highway Financing
Program Procedure Manual requires that each city which intends to
participate in said program adopt a resolution informing the
Advisory Committee as to whether or not changes have been made
to the Arterial Highway Master Plan within said city, and to
request that said changes, if any, be adopted into the County
Arterial Highway Master Plan; and
WHEREAS, the current Revised Master Street and Highway
Plan of the City of Newport Beach was adopted by Resolution No.
7187 on June 8, 1970;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
hereby advises the Arterial Highway Financing Program Advisory
Committee that no changes to the Master Street and Highway Plan
of the City of Newport Beach have been adopted since the
previous annual requalification requested by Resolution No. 7187
dated June 8, 1970.
ADOPTED this 28th day of June, 1971.
