RESOLUTION NO. 7474
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH FIXING THE SALARY
OF THE CITY CLERK
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach has the power and duty to establish the salary of the
City Clerk; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 7221 established the salary
of the City Clerk, beginning July 1, 1970;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that effective
July 1, 1971, Resolution No. 7221 be rescinded, and that the
salary of the City Clerk, beginning July 1, 1971, shall be
$14,400.00 per fiscal year, payable in monthly, semi - monthly,
or biweekly installments as is most convenient in the ordinary
course of the preparation of the City's payroll.
ADOPTED this 12th day of July, 1971.
