RESOLUTION NO. 8239
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH ADOPTING A MAP SHOWING THE
ALLEY IN TRACT 814 AND A PORTION OF "THE
ARCADE" STREET RIGHT -OF -WAY PROPOSED TO BE

WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Newport
Beach has presented to the City
Beach a certain map prepared by
1974, and identified as Exhibit
Tract 814 and a portion of "The

the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State
of California, as per map recorded in book 24,
page 36 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of
the County Recorder of said County, lying southeasterly
of the northeasterly prolongation of the northwesterly
line of Lot 19 of said Tract No. 814.
PARCEL 2
That certain "Alley" as shown upon and dedicated
by the map of Tract No. 814, located in the City of
Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California,
as per map recorded in book 24, page 36 of
Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the County
Recorder of said County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach that said map is hereby approved and
adopted, and the City Clerk is ordered and directed to file the

same in the proceedings for the abandonment of said alley in
Tract 814 and a portion of "The Arcade" street right -of -way.
