A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH ESTABLISHING FEES FOR THE
REGULATION OF MOBILEHOME INSTALLATIONS
WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach is responsible
for enforcing the regulations for mobilehome installations;
and
WHEREAS, State law authorizes a city to require permit
fees for installation and reinspection commensurate with the
cost of enforcement but in an amount not to exceed thirty
dollars ($30.00) (Health and Safety Code Section 18613 -- Title
25, Chapter 5, Section 5078.2 California Administrative Code);
and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach hereby establishes the following
fees for a mobilehome installation permit and reinspection
as follows;
1. Installation .....................$30.00
2. Reinspection .....................$20.00
ADOPTED this 24th day of June , 1974.
