A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH APPROVING A PARCEL
MAP AND ACCEPTING THE OFFER OF DEDICATION
OF PROPERTY TO THE PUBLIC ON THE MAP IN
• CONNECTION WITH RESUBDIVISION NO. 506
(NORTHWESTERLY SIDE OF VON KARMAN AVENUE
BETWEEN BIRCH STREET AND CAMPUS DRIVE)
• WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach a Parcel Map for Resub-
division No. 506; and
WHEREAS, John P. Hooten has offered for dedication
to the City certain vehicular access rights to Von Karman Avenue,
Birch Street and Campus Drive, except for the driveways as shown
on said Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the Parcel
Map and the offers of dedication, and finds that the approval
of the Parcel Map and the acceptance of the offers of dedication
to be in the best interests of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach that said Parcel Map is approved
and the offers of dedication are hereby accepted, and the
City Clerk is authorized to execute the certificate on said map
consistent herewith and approving the signature omissions,
Section 66436(b)(1) of the Subdivision Map Act.
ADOPTED this 26th day of January, 1976.
