RESOLUTION NO. AAQ1
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH APPROVING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE BANK OF NEWPORT A STRIP OF REAL PROPERTY
PREVIOUSLY USED FOR ALLEY PURPOSES, AND AUTHORIZ-
ING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE THE
GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach a Grant Deed conveying to the
Bank of Newport a strip of real property previously used for
alley purposes, located westerly of Lafayette Avenue between
31st and 32nd Streets (Resubdivision No. 491); and
WHEREAS, it is to the interest of the City to approve
said above - described conveyance;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach that said Grant Deed is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of
Newport Beach.
