A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH APPROVING A QUITCLAIM DEED
FOR AN EXISTING WATER LINE EASEMENT BETWEEN
POPPY AVENUE AND HAZEL DRIVE, CORONA DEL MAR,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DEED
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach a quitclaim deed for an existing
water line easement between Poppy Avenue and Hazel Drive,
Corona del Mar; and
WHEREAS, it is to the interest of the City to approve
said above - described conveyance;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach that said quitclaim deed is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of
Newport Beach.
