RESOLUTION NO. 8806
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH ESTABLISHING FILING,
APPEALS AND OTHER FEES RELATING TO ZONING
ACTIONS IN CONNECTION WITH TITLE 20 OF
THE NEWPORT BEACH MUNICIPAL CODE
WHEREAS, Title 20 of the Newport Beach Municipal
Code provides for the establishing of filing, appeals and
other fees related to zoning actions by resolution of the City
Council; and
WHEREAS, the City. Council has considered the
recommended fees and finds them to be fair, equitable and reason-
able.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach that the following schedule of
fees shall be established for filing, appeals and.other fees
relating to zoning actions in connection with Title 20 of the
Newport Beach Municipal Code.
SECTION 20.01.070 E. Specific Area Plan
Areas - Site Plan Review Fee $ 50.00
SECTION 20.50.030 A. - Planned Residential
Development - Use Permit $750.00
SECTION 20.51.035 - Planned Community
Application $750.00
SECTION 20.51.035 - Planned Community
Development - Amendment to the
Development Plan or Use Permit $350.00
SECTION 20.80.030 - Application for Use
Permit $245.00
SECTION 20.80.070A - Appeal of Use Permit. $ 75.00
SECTION 20.81.050C - Application for
