A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH APPROVING SEPARATE SUBDIVISION
AGREEMENTS WITH HAL WATKINS AND MARGARET C.
RICHARDSON FOR RESUBDIVISION NO. 531 (SOUTH-
WESTERLY SIDE OF QUAIL STREET BETWEEN SPRUCE
AVENUE AND DOVE STREET, "NEWPORT PLACE ") AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID AGREEMENTS
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach separate subdivision agreements
between the City of Newport Beach and Hal Watkins and Margaret C.
Richardson in connection with Resubdivision No. 531 (Southwesterly
side of Quail Street between Spruce Avenue and Dove Street,
"Newport Place "); and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the terms and
conditions of said agreements and finds them to be satisfactory
and that it would be in the best interest of the City to
approve said subdivision agreements and authorize the Mayor and
City Clerk to execute same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach that said agreements above described
are approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of
Newport Beach.
ADOPTED this 13th day of December , 1976.
