A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
• OF NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED FROM
SUBBIONDO AND ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR PROPERTY
IN THE SEASHORE COLONY TRACT (ADJACENT TO
202 FERN STREET)
WHEREAS, there has been delivered to the City of
Newport Beach a certain grant deed dated December 22, 1976,
wherein Subbiondo and Associates, Inc., a California corpora-
tion, grants.to the City of Newport Beach the following
described real property located in Block 8, Seashore Colony
Tract Addition to Newport Beach, in the City of Newport Beach,
as per map recorded in Book 7, Page 25 of Miscellaneous Maps,
Records of the County Recorder of Orange County, California:
"PARCEL A:
The northeasterly 15 feet of Lot 14 measured at
right angles from the northeasterly line of said
Lot 14.
PARCEL B:
Beginning at the southeasterly corner of Lot 13;
thence northeasterly along the southeasterly line
of said Lot 13 a distance of 10 feet to a tangent
curve that has a radius of 10 feet and is concave
northerly; thence southwesterly, westerly and
northwesterly along said tangent curve to the
southwesterly line of said Lot 13; thence south-
easterly thereon to the point of beginning.
PARCEL C:
Beginning at the southwesterly corner of Lot 13;
thence northeasterly along the northwesterly line
of Lot 13 a distance of 2 feet; thence southeasterly
in a direct line to a point in the southwesterly
line of said Lot 13 distant 6 feet southeasterly
along said southwesterly line of Lot 13 from said
southwesterly corner of Lot 13; thence northwesterly
in a direct line to said last mentioned point of
beginning."
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City to
accept said grant deed;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach that said grant is hereby accepted
and the City Clerk is authorized and directed to execute and
• attach thereto a certificate of acceptance and consent to its
recording and to cause said document to be recorded in the Office
of the Orange County Recorder.
ADOPTED this 10th day of January , 1977.
