A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A
CORPORATION GRANT DEED FROM PROPERTIES
WEST, INC. FOR LOT 3 IN BLOCK 11 OF
SEASHORE COLONY TRACT IN CONNECTION WITH
RESUBDIVISION NO. 495
WHEREAS, there has been delivered to the City of
Newport Beach a certain corporation grant deed dated
January 3, 1977 wherein PROPERTIES,WEST, INC., a California
Corporation grants to the City of Newport Beach the following
described real property in connection with Resubdivision No.
495 in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State
of California:
Lot 3 in Block 11 of Seashore Colony Tract, in
the City of Newport Beach, as shown on a map
thereof recorded in Book 7, Page 25, Miscellaneous
Maps, Records of said Orange County, together
with the southeasterly half of the alley adjoin-
ing said Lot 3 to the northwest.
Subject to: All covenants, rights, rights -of -way
and easements of record.
WHEREAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept
said corporation grant deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach that said grant is hereby accepted
and the City Clerk is authorized and directed to execute and
attach thereto a certificate of acceptance and consent to its
recording and to cause said document to be recorded in the Orange
County Recorder's Office.
ADOPTED this 24th day of January , 1977
