A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A GRANT
DEED FROM DAVID B. KAGNOFF, M.D., AND
is SUSAN J. KAGNOFF FOR THE NORTHEASTERLY
HALF OF LOT 12, BLOCK 11 OF SEASHORE
COLONY TRACT IN CONNECTION WITH RESUB-
DIVISION NO. 495
WHEREAS, there has been delivered to the City of
Newport Beach a certain grant deed dated January 3, 1977
wherein DAVID B. KAGNOFF, M.D. and SUSAN J. KAGNOFF grant to
the City of Newport Beach the following described real
property in connection with Resubdivision No. 495 in the City
of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California:
PARCEL 1:
The northeasterly half of Lot 12, in Block 11
of Seashore Colony Tract, as shown on a map
thereof recorded in Book 7, Page 25, Miscellaneous
Maps, Records of said Orange County; together
with the southeasterly half of that portion of
Nordina Street adjoining said Lot, said street
being vacated by Resolution of the City of Newport
Beach on June 11, 1945, a certified copy thereof
being recorded on July 20, 1945, in Book 1317,
Page 430, Official Records
Subject to: All covenants, rights, rights -of -way
and easements of record.
PARCEL 2
The northwesterly half of that certain 10 -foot
alley adjoining the northeasterly half of Lot 12
in Block 11 of Seashore Colony Tract, as shown
on a map thereof recorded in Book 7, Page 25,
Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County.
Subject to: All covenants, rights, rights -of -way
and easements of record.
WHEREAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept
said grant deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach that said grant is hereby accepted,
and the City Clerk is authorized and directed to execute and

attach thereto a certificate of acceptance and consent to its
recording and to cause said document to be recorded in the
Orange County Recorder's Office.
