A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
• OF NEWPORT BEACH ADOPTING A MAP SHOWING THE
EXISTING 10 -FOOT PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT TO
BE VACATED AND ABANDONED (LOT 49, TRACT NO.
9261 - YACHT RESOLUTE, SEAVIEW AREA)
WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Newport
Beach has presented to the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach a certain drawing marked Exhibit "A" dated February 1,
1977, showing the existing 10 -foot public utility easement
(Lot 49, Tract No. 9261 - Yacht Resolute, Seaview area), which
the City is considering vacating and which is more particularly
described as follows:
A 10 -foot wide public utility easement along
the northeasterly side of Lot 49, Tract 9261
as shown on a map filed in Book 380, Pages 32
to 35 inclusive, Miscellaneous Maps, Records
of Orange County, California
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach that said map is hereby approved
and adopted, and the City Clerk is ordered and directed to file
the same in the proceedings for the abandonment of said public
utility easement (Lot 49, Tract No. 9261 - Yacht Resolute,
Seaview area).
