A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A QUITCLAIM DEED FOR
A WATER LINE EASEMENT SOUTHEASTERLY OF LOT
• 49, TRACT NO. 9261 (YACHT RESOLUTE - SEAVIEW
AREA)
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach a Quitclaim Deed for an existing
water line easement in the "Seaview Area" Development submitted
by Broadmoor Homes, Inc., located southeasterly of Lot 49,
Tract No. 9261; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the Quit-
claim Deed and finds it to be fair and equitable and in the
best interests of the City; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach that said Quitclaim Deed above
described is approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the
City of Newport Beach.
