A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A CORPORATION GRANT
DEED FROM THE IRVINE COMPANY FOR LOTS 1, 2 AND
3 OF TRACT NO. 9587 (PARK SITES IN THE HARBOR
RIDGE AREA)
WHEREAS, there has been delivered to the City of
Newport Beach a certain corporation grant deed dated
May 2, 1977 , wherein THE IRVINE COMPANY, a West Virginia
corporation, grants to the City of Newport Beach the following
described real property in connection with the Park Site
Dedication in Harbor Ridge Development (Tentative Tract 8725),
in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of
California:
"Lots 1, 2 and 3 of Tract No. 9587 as per
map filed in Book 400, Pages 20�24, inclusive,
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said
County.
Subject to: All covenants, rights, rights -of -way
and easements of record."
WHEREAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept
said corporation grant deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach that said corporation grant deed
is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized and directed
to execute and attach thereto a certificate of acceptance and
consent to its recording and to cause said document to be
recorded in the Orange County Recorder's Office.
ADOPTED this 28th day of February , 1977.
