A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH ADOPTING A MAP SHOWING THE
EXISTING 10 -FOOT PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT TO
BE VACATED AND ABANDONED (LOTS 1, 2 AND 3
OF BLOCK A, TRACT NO. 673 IN CORONA DEL MAR)
WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Newport
Beach has presented to the City Council of
Beach a certain drawing marked Exhibit "A"
1977, showing the existing 10 -foot public
(Lots 1, 2 and 3 of Block A, Tract No. 673
which the City is considering vacating and
particularly described as follows:
the City of Newport
dated February 17,
utility easement
in Corona del Mar),
which is more
"All of that alley in Block A, 10 feet in width,
as shown upon a map of Tract No. 673, recorded
in Miscellaneous Maps, Book 20, pages 17 and 18,
Records of Orange County, California, and more
particularly described as follows, to wit:
Beginning at the most westerly corner of Lot 1
of said Block A; thence, southwesterly along the
southwesterly prolongation of the northwesterly
line of said Lot 1 to the most northerly corner
of Lot 3 of said Block A; thence, southeasterly
along the northeasterly line of said Lot 3, to
the most easterly corner of said Lot 3; thence,
northeasterly along the northeasterly prolonga-
tion of the southeasterly line of said Lot 3,
to the most southerly corner of Lot 2 of said
Block A; thence, northwesterly along the south-
westerly line of Lot 1 and Lot 2 of said Block
A to the point of beginning."
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach that said map is hereby approved
and adopted, and the City Clerk is ordered and directed to file
the same in the proceedings for the abandonment of said public
utility easement (Lots 1, 2 and 3 of Block A, Tract No. 673 in
Corona del Mar).
