A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH APPROVING A PARCEL MAP AND
ACCEPTING THE OFFER OF DEDICATION OF CORNER
CUTOFF AT VILLA WAY AND 30TH STREET IN
CONNECTION WITH RESUBDIVISION NO. 526
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach a Parcel Map for Resubdivision
No. 526; and
WHEREAS, Myrna M. and Francis M. Delaney have offered
for dedication the corner cutoff at Villa Way and 30th Street
in connection with said Resubdivision No. 526;
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the Parcel
Map and the offer of dedication, and finds that the approval
of the Parcel Map and the acceptance of the offer of dedication
to be in the best interests of the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach that said Parcel Map is approved
and the offer of dedication is hereby accepted, and the City
Clerk is authorized to execute the certificate on said map
consistent herewith and approving the signature omissions per
Section 66436(b)(1) of the Subdivision Map Act.
ADOPTED this 14th day of March , 1977.
