RESOLUTION NO. 9031
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH COMMENDING TED W. BARTLETT
FOR HIS DEDICATED SERVICE TO THE PEOPLE OF
THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH, THE COUNTY OF
ORANGE AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, Ted Bartlett is completing a distinguished
career of twenty years service to the residents of the City of
Huntington Beach as a Councilman, Vice -Mayor and Mayor; and
WHEREAS, he has worked energetically to strengthen
and promote effective local government through his service
as President and Vice President of the Orange County Division
of the League of California Cities and as a member of the
Board of Directors of the League of California Cities; and
WHEREAS, he has given generously of his time to
support worthy community endeavors;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Newport Beach
City Council commends Ted Bartlett for his dedicated service
to the people of the City of Huntington Beach, the County of
Orange and the State of California.
ADOPTED this 14th day of March , 1977.
