RESOLUTION NO. 9033
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH ADOPTING THE SPECIFIC
AREA PLAN FOR MARINERS' MILE
WHEREAS, Section 65450 of the California Government
Code authorizes the preparation of specific plans and authorizes
the Planning Commission to recommend such plans be adopted by
the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a public
hearing on the adoption of the Specific Area Plan for Mariners'
Mile which will serve as a guide for the future development
of the Mariners' Mile area; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended to
the City Council that the Specific Area Plan for Mariners' Mile
be adopted; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
has held a public hearing on the Specific Area Plan for Mariners'
Mile;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach does hereby adopt the Specific
Area Plan for Mariners' Mile, which plan is attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference.
ADOPTED this 28th day of March , 1977.
