A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING THE COMMENTS ON
THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT - 102 FOR
ORANGE COUNTY AIRPORT ALTERNATIVE FUTURES
PREPARED BY VALLEY ASSOCIATES
WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach has received a
copy of the Environmental Impact Report - 102 For Orange
County Airport Alternative Futures; and
WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach has retained
Valley Associates as a consultant to review said environmental
document and prepare comments on behalf of the City of Newport
Beach; and
WHEREAS, Valley Associates have analyzed the Orange
County Airport EIR and prepared written comments which were
filed with the Orange County General Services Agency on
April 4, 1977; and
WHEREAS, copies of the Comments of the City of Newport
Beach on the Orange County Airport EIR were also distributed
to the City Council on April 4, 1977; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said comments
and finds that they represent the position of the Council on
the Orange County Airport EIR;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach hereby accepts the Comments on
the Environmental Impact Report - 102 For Orange County Airport
0 Alternative Futures Prepared By Valley Associates.
