A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AMENDMENTS TO AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH AND THE STATE
OF CALIFORNIA FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF CLIFF
DRIVE PARK
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 8308 authorizing the applica-
tion and agreeing to the terms of the Project Agreement No.
30 -0019 (Cliff Drive Park) was adopted on July 8, 1974; and
WHEREAS, it is desired to amend said Project Agreement
as follows:
"Add to project scope: Telephone planter walls;
handrails; bridge railings on existing bridge; drainage
facilities, mowing strip; P.C.C. drain ditch; ground
cover and turf "; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the terms and
conditions of said above - described amendments and finds them
to be satisfactory and that it would be in the best interest of
the City to authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute said
amendments to Project Agreement No. 30 -0019;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach that said amendments to Project
Agreement No. 30 -0019 above described are approved, and the
Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute
the same on behalf of the City of Newport Beach.
ADOPTED this 9th day of May 1977.
