RESOLUTION NO. 9099
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH ESTABLISHING
INVESTIGATION, APPLICATION AND OTHER FEES
RELATING TO BUSINESS LICENSES AND REGULA-
TIONS IN CONNECTION WITH TITLE 5 OF THE
NEWPORT BEACH MUNICIPAL CODE
WHEREAS, Title 5 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code
establishes business licenses and other regulations of
business and related activities conducted within the City of
Newport Beach; and
WHEREAS, the investigation, application and other
fees as set forth in said Title of the Newport Beach Municipal
Code are to be set by Resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, City Council has considered the fees
recommended by the City Manager and finds them to be fair,
equitable and reasonable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach that the following schedule of
fees for application, investigation and other related fees
in connection with Title 5 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code
is established:
Section 5.10.030 - Application for Special
Event - Where a Special Event Permit Fee
is Also Required $ 42.00
Section 5.10.030- Application for Special
Event - Where no Special Event Fee is

Section 5.12.030 - Application for Vehicle
for Hire Certificate 25.00

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said fees shall become
effective on the effective date of Ordinance No. 1738
ADOPTED this 23rd day of May 1977
