A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH ESTABLISHING
RESUBDIVISION AND TENTATIVE MAP FILING
FEES IN CONNECTION WITH TITLE 19 OF THE
Is NEWPORT BEACH MUNICIPAL CODE
WHEREAS, Title 19 of the Newport Beach Municipal
Code establishes resubdivision and tentative map filing fees
within the City of Newport Beach; and
WHEREAS, the resubdivision and tentative map filing
fees as set forth in Title 19 of the Newport Beach Municipal
Code are to be set by Resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, City Council has considered the fees
recommended by the City Manager and finds them to be fair,
equitable and reasonable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach that the following schedule of
fees for resubdivision and tentative map filing fees in
connection with Title 19 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code
is established:
Section 19.12.010 - Filing of Map - Fee $380.00
per lot 6.00
Section 19.12.040. - Subdivisions
Containing Less than Five Lots - Filing
of Map $160.00
Section 19.12.040 - Appeal fee $ 75.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said fees shall become
effective on the effective date of Ordinance No. 1737
ADOPTED this 23rd day of May , 1977
