RESOLUTION NO. 9236
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH APPROVING THE PARCEL MAP
FOR RESUBDIVISION NO. 542 AND ACCEPTING THE
OFFER OF DEDICATION OF AN ACCESS EASEMENT FOR
SEWER LINE EASEMENT, VEHICULAR ACCESS RIGHTS
TO CAMPUS DRIVE AND THE EASEMENT FOR PEDESTRIAN
AND BICYCLE PURPOSES (SOUTHEASTERLY CORNER OF
CAMPUS DRIVE AND TELLER AVENUE IN KOLL CENTER
NEWPORT)
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach a Parcel Map for Resubdivision
No. 542; and
WHEREAS, Warren E. TenEyck, John E. Wells and Charles L.
Collins have offered for dedication to the City an access
easement for Parcel A, the sewer line easement, the vehicular
access rights to Campus Drive, except for one approved opening
as released and relinquished, and the easement for pedestrian
and bicycle purposes in connection with Resubdivision No. 542;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the Parcel
Map and the offers of dedication, and finds that the approval
of the Parcel Map and the acceptance of the offers of dedication
to be in the best interests of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach that said Parcel Map is approved
and the offers of dedication are hereby accepted, and the City
Clerk is authorized to execute the certificate on said map
consistent herewith and approving the signature omissions per
Section 66436(b)(1) of the Subdivision Map Act.
ADOPTED this 12th day of December , 1977.
