RESOLUTION NO. 9251
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH APPROVING THE PARCEL MAP
FOR RESUBDIVISION NO. 551 AND ACCEPTING THE
OFFER OF DEDICATION OF A PORTION OF 22ND
STREET
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach a Parcel Map for Resubdivision
No. 551 (southwesterly side of 22nd Street between Irvine and
Tustin Avenuesj; and
WHEREAS, Al H011ister has offered for dedication to
the City a 10 -foot wide street and highway easement along
22nd Street and an individual sewer and water connection to
the public mains from each dwelling unit; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the Parcel
Map and the offer of dedication, and finds that the approval
of the Parcel Map and the acceptance of the offer of dedication
to be in the best interests of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach that said Parcel Map is approved
and the offer of dedication is hereby accepted, and the City
Clerk is authorized to execute the certificate on said map
consistent herewith and approving the signature omissions per
Section 66436(b)(1) of the Subdivision Map Act.
