A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING THE OFFER OF
RELINQUISHMENT OF VEHICULAR ACCESS TO
. JAMBOREE BOULEVARD FROM THE :ROCKWELL
INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION
WHEREAS, Rockwell International Corporation has
offered relinquishment of vehicular access to Jamboree Boulevard
in connection with the vehicular access rights adjustment for
Collins Radio Site; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the Offer
of Relinquishment and finds that the acceptance thereof to be
in the best interests of the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach that the Offer of Relinquishment
above described is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk is
authorized to execute the certificate on said map consistent
herewith and approving the signature omissions per Section 66436
(b) (1) of the Subdivision Map Act.
