RESOLUTION NO. 9269
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH APPROVING THE PARCEL MAP
FOR RESUBDIVISION NO. 564 AND ACCEPTING THE
OFFER OF DEDICATION OF AN EASEMENT FOR SEWER
PURPOSES
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach a Parcel Map for Resubdivision
No. 564; and
WHEREAS, James M. Plou, James A. Huntsman and Frances
Huntsman have offered for dedication to the City an easement
for sewer purposes in connection with Resubdivision No. 564
(westerly side of 19th Street opposite Vilelle Place - Balboa
Peninsula area); and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the Parcel
Map and the offer of dedication and finds that the approval
of the Parcel Map and the acceptance of the offer of dedication
to be in the best interests of the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach that said Parcel Map is approved
and the offer of dedication above described is hereby accepted,
and the City Clerk is authorized to execute the certificate on
said map consistent herewith and approving the signature omissions
per Section 66436(b)(1) of the Subdivision Map Act.
