A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNC
OF NEWPORT BEACH APPROVING THE
• RESUBDIVISION NO. 559, SUBJECT
THE CITY OF AN EASEMENT FOR AN
DRAIN, AND ACCEPTING THE OFFER

OF DEDICATION OF
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach a Parcel Map for Resubdivision
No. 559 (northeasterly end of Mariners Drive - Dover Shores
area), subject to dedication to the City of an easement for an
off -site storm drain; and
WHEREAS, The Irvine Compan has made the offer of
dedication of Mariners Drive; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the Parcel
Map and the Offer of Street-Dedication, and finds that the approval
of the Parcel Map and the acceptance of the street dedication
to be in the best interests of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach that said Parcel Map is approved
and the offer of dedication is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk
is authorized to execute the certificate on said map consistent
herewith and approving the signature omissions per Section 66436(b)
(1) of the Subdivision Map Act.
