RESOLUTION NO. 9503 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />• OF NEWPORT BEACH ESTABLISHING FEES FOR COPYING <br />PUBLIC RECORDS PURSUANT TO SECTION 6257 OF THE <br />CALIFORNIA GOVERNMENT CODE <br />0 <br />WHEREAS, Section 6257 of the California Government <br />Code provides a local agency may establish a fee to copy an <br />identifiable public record, which fee shall not exceed the <br />actual cost of providing the copy; and <br />WHEREAS, the fees set forth hereinafter represent <br />the actual cost to the City of Newport Beach in providing <br />copies of identifiable public records, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council <br />of the City of Newport Beach that the following fees are <br />established as the fees to be charged for providing copies of <br />identifiable public records maintained by the City of Newport <br />Beach. Said fees are as follows: <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />A. For all Departments, excluding Fire and Police: <br />$.50 for the first page and $.15 for each page <br />thereafter; <br />B. For Fire and Police Departments: <br />$3.00 per report, regardless of the number of <br />pages; <br />C.
