A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH AMENDING THE COMPENSATION
PLAN AND TABLE OF AUTHORIZATION FOR THE 1979-
80 FISCAL PERIOD, AS AMENDED (Assistant City
Attorney)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach has considered the position of Assistant City Attorney
and the compensation therefor,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach hereby approves the
following salary range amendment to the Compensation Plan
and Table of Authorization of Permanent Employee Classes
for the 1979 -80 Fiscal Period, as Amended:
