A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH ESTABLISHING THE FILING FEES
FOR TOW TRUCK PERMITS PURSUANT TO SECTION
5.13.050 OF THE NEWPORT BEACH MUNICIPAL CODE
WHEREAS, Section 5.13.050 of the Newport Beach
Municipal Code provides that each application for tow truck
services within the City of Newport Beach shall be accompanied
by a filing fee as established by resolution of the City Council
plus an additional amount as established by resolution of the
City Council for each tow truck which applicant proposes to
operate within the City, to cover the administrative cost to
City of processing the application; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the
administrative costs to City of processing such application;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach that a filing fee of $50.00 shall
accompany each application for tow truck services within the
City of Newport Beach, plus an additional fee of $10.00 for
each tow truck which the applicant proposes to operate within
the City.
