A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO
JANITORIAL MAINTENANCE AGREE14ENT (LIBRARIES)

40 WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach an Amendment to Janitorial Main-
tenance Agreement to increase the monthly payment "for janitorial
services at the Libraries; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said Amendment
and found it to be fair and equitable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach hereby authorizes the Mayor and
City Clerk to execute an Amendment to Janitorial Maintenance
Agreement between the City of Newport Beach and Universal
Building Maintenance Company, Inc.
ADOPTED this 10th day of December, 1979.
