RESOLUTION NO. 10,021
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH
PACIFIC SHORES SECURITY FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO
EXCEED $325.00 TO PROVIDE SECURITY GUARDS FOR
THE 1981 JURIED ART CONTEST MAY 15, 16 AND .17
AT FASHION ISLAND
WHEREAS, on May 15, 16 and 17, 1981, there will be a
juried Art Contest at Fashion Island; and
WHEREAS, it is appropriate to provide adequate security
for said art contest; and
WHEREAS, Pacific Shores Security has submitted a
proposal to the City to provide said security, for an amount not
to exceed $325.00; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds it appropriate to
employ Pacific Shores Security.to provide the security.for said
juried Art Contest,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach that the Agreement between the City of
Newport Beach and Pacific Shores Security to provide security
guards for the 1981 juried Art Contest May 15, 16 and 17 at
Fashion Island is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk

are hereby authorized to execute said Agreement.. .
ADOPTED this 13th day of PPril , 1981.
