A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
AMENDING THE CITY'S FEE SCHEDULE
FOR MUNICIPAL SERVICES INVOLVING
SOLICITATION
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach adopted Resolution
97 -15 on February 10, 1997 establishing a Fee Schedule for municipal services; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to consolidate all fees for service
in a single Fee Schedule of municipal services; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to maintain the City's Fee
Schedule in order that it be complete and up to date.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach resolves as
• follows:
Section 1. The City's Fee Schedule is amended to remove the Soliciting Permit
Commercial and Soliciting Permit Non - Commercial fees.
Section 2. The City's Fee Schedule is amended to include a $31.00 fee for a
solicitor's Registration Card.
Section 3. These amendments shall become effective April 22, 1998.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Newport Beach at the
regular meeting held on the 13' day of April, 1998.
