A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
EXTENDING THE TERM OF THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING TASK FORCE
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 2000 -27, establishing the
Affordable Housing Task Force and providing for a term of one year; and
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 2001 -9, extending the
term of said Task Force through March 2002; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that there is a need for the Task
Force to continue its work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach extends the term of the Affordable Housing Task Force through March
2003.
ADOPTED this 26`h day of February 2002.

resolution, being Resolution No. 2002 -20 was duly and regularly introduced before and adopted by
the City Council of said City at a regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly held on the
26th day of February, 2002, and that the same was so passed and adopted by the following vote, to
wit:
Ayes: Heffernan, O'Neil, Bromberg, Glover, Adams, Proctor, Mayor Ridgeway
