HomeMy WebLinkAbout2005-53 - Park Green Drive Stop SignCode provides that whenever any ordinance or resolution of this City designates
and describes any intersection at which vehicles are required to stop at one or
more entrances thereto, the City Traffic Engineer shall erect and maintain STOP
signs at those entrances of each intersection where a stop is required; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that there is a need for
intersection control on Park Green Drive at Sandcastle. Drive in the City of
Newport Beach; ,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach;. that the following described location is hereby designated
as a location at which vehicles are required to stop:
On Park Green Drive. at Sandcastle Drive
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Traffic Engineer be.and
hereby. is directed to erect and maintain all necessary signs at the above
locations.
ADOPTED this 8t" day of November 2005.
