• A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 84-
137 BY EXTENDING THE TERM OF THE BALBOA
PENINSULA ZONING AD HOC COMMITTEE TO OCTOBER
31, 1985
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
previously adopted Resolution No. 84 -137 establishing the Balboa
Peninsula Zoning Ad Hoc Committee which set forth the duties and
responsibilities of that Committee; and
WHEREAS, the Balboa Peninsula Zoning Ad Hoc Committee
previously was required to sunset on March 31, 1985; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
now desires to extend the term of the Balboa Peninsula Zoning Ad
Hoc Committee to October 31, 1985.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach that the term of the Balboa Peninsula
Zoning Ad Hoc Committee be and hereby is extended to sunset on
October 31, 1985; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution is subject
to all other terms and conditions contained in the original
Resolution establishing this Committee, and said provisions shall
remain in full force and effect until October 31, 1985.
