A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH ESTABLISHING APPLICATION FEE
FOR NEWSRACK PERMIT
O WHEREAS, Resolution Number 86 -18 was adopted by the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach in 1986; and
WHEREAS, Newport Beach Municipal Code Section 5.70.020
stated that application fees for newsracks permit shall be
established by Resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to hereby establish the
application fees for newsrack permits.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach as follows:
The following fees are established: $7.50
ADOPTED this 13th day of July, 1987.
