A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH ESTABLISHING FEES FOR DOG
LICENSES.
WHEREAS, Ordinance Number 137 -29 was adopted by the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach on June 22, 1987; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance Number 87 -29 stated that the dog
license fees shall be established by Resolution of the City
Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to hereby establish the
dog license fees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach as follows:
1. The following fees are established as the fees to be
charged for dog licenses:
Dog License Fee: One dollar and fifty cents
($1.50) per month for the term of the dog license.
Dog License Fee for Spayed or Neutered Dom:
Seventy -five cents ($.75) per month of the term of the dog
license.
Delinquent Fee: One hundred percent (100 %) of the
dog license fee.
1987.
Tag Replacement Fee: Two ($2.00) dollars.
2. This Resolution is to become effective on July 22,
