A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH ESTABLISHING BUSINESS LICENSE
FEES FOR THE PET ZOO
• WHEREAS, Ordinance Number 87 -16 was adopted by the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach on June 22, 1987; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance Number 87 -16 stated that the pet zoo
fees shall be established by Resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to hereby establish the
pet zoo fees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach as follows:
The following fees are established as the fees to be
charged for Pet Zoo: $80.00 /Year
ADOPTED this 13th day of July, 1987.
