RESOLUTION NCI. 87 -107
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH ESTABLISHING BUSINESS LICENSE
FEES FOR SPECIAL EVENTS
WHEREAS, Ordinance Number 87 -23 was adopted by the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach on June 22, 1987; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance Number 87 -23 stated that the special
event fees shall be established by Resolution of the City
Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to hereby establish the
special event fees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach as follows:
The following fees are established as the fees to be
charged for special event permits:
Circus or carnival: $125.00
Each side show charging admission: $ 60.00 similar
All other special events: $ 35.00
ADOPTED this 13th day of July, 1987.
