A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH ESTABLISHING DAILY PERMIT FEE
FOR MOTION PICTURE PERMIT
• WHEREAS, Resolution Number 9099 was adopted by the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach on May 22, 1978; and
WHEREAS, Newport Beach Municipal Code Section 5.46.030
stated that application fees for daily permit fee for motion
picture permits shall be established by Resolution of the City
Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to hereby establish the
daily permit fee for motion picture production.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach as follows:
The following fees are established:
$200.00 per day
Daily fee for licensed resident busines
$100.00
ADOPTED this 13th day of July, 1987.
